Whose Plan is It?
Are you ALWAYS working someone else’s plan for your life? Do you find yourself wondering, how did I get HERE? Do you often think that this is not what you imagined for your life some 10, 15, 20 years ago. If these remarks resemble random thoughts that have been running through your head of late, then this workshop is for you.
Eight years ago the workshop founder and facilitator, Rondalyn Kane, facing similar feelings about her own life made a calculated decision to live a life that better reflected her ideals and standards. In the “Whose Plan Is It?” workshop, she will lead you through a thought provoking exercise and engaging discussion that will help you begin to identify your core values and steps that you can begin to take to live a life that reflects the ideals that you most prize.
Rondalyn Kane is a former political appointee who enjoyed a twenty-year career in national politics including working in the House of Representatives, serving as a former executive director of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and working in the Clinton Administration. In 2001, she left politics and began a second career in the field of leadership and organizational development. Currently, she is Director of Strategy and Innovation at NCB Capital Impact, a national non-profit committed to eradicating poverty through innovative community development lending, technical assistance and public policy development
