"Will you please join me as we re-energize the In-Her-Light Series? Although we are not yet ready to meet every Saturday as in the past, we do have a line-up of workshops in the series that we think will generate the type and quality of discussions of yore. The Fall/Winter Series began on November 19th with what I think was a timely subject—Personal Harvest, led by Coach Maq. She predicted that the workshop would have you walking away with tools needed to root, plant and harvest your desire for 2012. We need each other. Please come so we can sit around the kitchen table and share our experiences and hopes. Please remember that this is a time for women of the African Diaspora-- only." Cassandra

Why Am I So Angry?
Saturday, January 7th 11:30am-1:30pm
| |
A panel of women will kick-off our discussion of the role that Anger plays in each of their lives. Would you believe that Anger is good for us? For example, It’s better than being depressed and it can motivate us to stand up for ourselves and correct injustices. But Angry can also keep us stuck in our own misery. Not Angry? So, come tell us your solutions. Join us for an honest discussion about what Anger is, what it does to us, why we need it and how we manage it. Plus, meet new friends and learn about how you can help others, just by participating.
